Graduateing from a Hotel Management School in Grenoble in France, Mr Cargouet joined IHTTI in February 2010 after many years of working in the catering industry both in the kitchen and the restaurant.

 

Having successively work in the kitchen with different chefs within Relais et Château Hotel Group in France, Mr Cargouet join the Goodwood Park Hotel in England as restaurant manager.

 

He relocated to Switzerland as a restaurant manager in a Touristic hotel in Morges, before taking on the position of lecturer in practical service and wine and bar at the Lausanne Hotel School.

 

Before joining IHTTI as the Food and Beverage and Banqueting and Events lecturer, he was the general manger of a hotel and country club in North Wales.
