Internship Coordinator
Originally from Mauritius, Marie studied in the UK while simultaneously working in a number of positions, starting in the kitchen and progressing to Manager for a chain of restaurants. She completed a two-year Professional Chef training followed by a degree in Hospitality Management.
After moving to Switzerland and working in a financial company she was lured back to the Hospitality Industry and joined IHTTI as Internship Coordinator in 2010. “It is indeed a great opportunity to share my experiences and love of this industry with the students,” Marie enthuses.
